Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Services

By engaging Rainmaker Web Marketing Inc. for a digital audit or growth project, you agree to these Master Terms. No marketing services commence until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is executed and the initial retainer is settled.

2. Intellectual Property

All proprietary marketing funnels and automation structures developed by Rainmaker Web Marketing Inc. remain the agency's intellectual property. Upon final payment, the client is granted a perpetual license to use these assets for their business operations.

3. Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ventura County, CA, where Rainmaker Web Marketing Inc. is headquartered.
